For instance, if your child had made it and shown it to you, what would your reaction be?<BR/><BR/>Your artistic abilities astound me, and I can assure you that many people (myself included) would pay good money to purchase even your first two attempts, which sadly, no longer exist.<BR/><BR/>It was not my original intent to chastise, but in my own life, I have seen how destructive the perfectionist eye can be. There is a crushing of the spirit that occurs when praise is only given or accepted as a condition of perfection.
